1. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation of an order within 2 hours of placing it, provided the order has not been processed or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Returns & Replacement
Due to the nature of nutraceutical and wellness products, we do not accept returns of products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged during transit.
- Wrong product was delivered.
- Product is defective upon delivery.
To initiate a return or replacement request, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.

- Unboxing video (recommended)
- Description of the issue

3. Refund Process
Once the returned product or claim has been inspected and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used while placing the order.
Refund timelines:
- Credit/Debit Card: 5–7 Business Days
- UPI: 3–5 Business Days
- Net Banking/Wallet: 5–7 Business Days
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- Product has been opened or used.
- Customer changes their mind after delivery.
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Delivery failure due to customer unavailability.
- Minor packaging damage that does not affect the product.
